Terms & Conditions for Pravah

Welcome to Pravah! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Pravah mobile application (“App”) operated by Pravah team (Exothermic Solutions Pvt Ltd) (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the App, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the App.
1. Use of the App:
1.1. Eligibility:
You must be 13 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
1.2. Account Registration:
To access and use the App, you may be required to register an account. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

– Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems, servers, or networks.
– Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operations, including introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App’s content without our express written consent.
4.2. Trademarks:
“Pravah” and our logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of Pravah. You may not use these marks in connection with any product or service that is not provided by us or in any manner that may cause confusion among users.
5. Limitation of Liability:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE APP.
6. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pravah, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any rights of another party.
7. Modifications to the Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications will be effective upon posting the updated version on the App or notifying you by email or other means. Your continued use of the App after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
8. Termination:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice, and without liability.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
